Welcome to Good Life Process

As a kinesiologist and bio-energy therapist, I have many years of experience in the fields of health promotion and stress reduction, sports and movement therapy, project and process support and holistic learning. I summarize my inner attitude and way of working under the term Good Life Process.

Whether you feel overwhelmed, have complaints, suffer from a lack of concentration, are looking for a new direction or simply want to find more balance, I look forward to getting to know you and working with you.

With Good Life Process, I accompany and support people in all life situations in a solution- and action-oriented way with great joy and interest in my practice in Oberengstringen near Zurich. My services are partially covered by health insurance via supplementary insurance (EMR, ASCA and SNE recognized).
