What does psychoanalysis mean?

Through intensive, regular and repeated conversations in a relationship supported by the therapist, the psychoanalytical process attempts to make people aware of repressed and postponed difficulties and to discover new, creative solutions.
It can ignite ... in professional life, in sexual life, in love life, as well as in fears, in upsets, in disorientation and in being torn between two worlds...
The problems are often based on conflicts that stem from the past and are unconscious. However, access to them is difficult or broken off.

The psychoanalyst seeks to respond to the messages, memories and questions as well as to fears, wishes and dreams in order to find access again.

Psychoanalysis seeks to restore the broken connection to oneself and thus to move towards a life that is more in tune with oneself. The demands of daily life can be dealt with more calmly, and life can be lived with more pleasure. A successful analysis frees up the ability to work and love.
