The butcher's shop has been in existence since 1974 from father to son.

We have two stores, one located on Bure at la Terrière N2 and a second at the Delémont Manor, avenue de la Gare ( Hours Monday to Friday 9H to 18H30 and Saturday 8H to 17H).

We have our own slaughterhouse and  we collaborate with local producers certifying excellent quality meat.

All charcuterie and raw products are fariquées in our premises as well as the catering part: terrine, paté crôute, lasagne, vol-au-vent...
