My massage includes different techniques and adapts according to your condition. It brings deep physical and mental relaxation and helps to rebalance the body and energy. An alternation of gentle movements and targeted pressure, a fusion of Western, Ayurvedic and lemniscate (in eight, the sign of infinity).
I favor a gentle, respectful approach, mostly painless even if the pressure exerted can be sustained in places. Some forceful and potentially painful techniques do exist, but suffering in order to relax our organism seems unnecessary to me in order to ultimately obtain similar results.
