My massage incorporates different techniques and is tailored to your condition. It provides deep physical and mental relaxation and helps to rebalance the body and energy. It alternates between gentle movements and targeted pressure, combining Western, Ayurvedic, and lemniscate techniques (in the shape of an eight, the symbol of infinity).
I favor a gentle and respectful approach, which is mostly painless even if the pressure applied can be sustained in some areas. Certain forceful and potentially painful techniques do exist, but I believe that suffering in order to relax our bodies is unnecessary to ultimately achieve similar results.
