Le Pilier de l'Immobilier was founded in 1999 by Danièle Deluermoz.

With a degree in economics, she was a broker in two Geneva real estate companies before opening her own brokerage company.

Example : Sale of a house in Dardagny :

Our buyer Jacques G. arriving from Canada was looking for a large house and to bring his family. But he had little time... We met him near his workplace, visited on Saturday. He bought but wanted to change the bathrooms, lay parquet floors, fit out an attic. And he didn't have the time... We organized the quotes, launched the work over the Christmas vacations, the clean-up.

After the vacations, the family returned to their house.

After 3 years, Jacques G. transferred to New York and we sold the house back to him.
