Who we are

The renowned Cereghetti Butcher Shop has just gone through a generational change that has seen Piero and Sabrina continue the century-old tradition of Castel San Pietro. The survival of recipes and flavors is guaranteed by the experience of Piero, who has been working there since 1991.

The pork that we process comes almost exclusively from the Sargenti farm in Giubiasco. Pigs that are still raised in excellent conditions in favor of wholesomeness and flavor.

The beef is sourced from animals that we collect from Ticino farmers, mainly these are animals raised in Valle di Muggio, in Novazzano or on the floor of Agno.

All of our products come directly from the slaughterhouse and are prepared until final packaging with our own hands.
