About us

The renowned Macelleria Cereghetti has just undergone a generational change, with Piero and Sabrina continuing the century-old tradition of Castel San Pietro. The survival of recipes and flavors is guaranteed by the experience of Piero, who has been working there since 1991.

The pork we process comes almost exclusively from the Sargenti farm in Giubiasco. Pigs are still raised in excellent conditions to ensure authenticity and flavor.

The beef comes from animals that we purchase from Ticino farmers, mainly animals raised in the Muggio Valley, in Novazzano, or on the Agno plain.

All our products come directly from the slaughterhouse and are prepared by hand, right up to the final packaging.
