August 6, 2018 | Cédric ChansonThe restaurant was bought by Mr. and Mrs. Paul Fillistorf in 1949. They managed it until 1959, during which time they created the famous recipe for our Filets de Perche du Léman. From 1949 to 1976, the restaurant was under management.
Then in 1976, Mr and Mrs Roger Fillistorf took over the family business until July 1999.
In July 1999, Mr and Mrs Roger Fillistorf handed over the restaurant to Mr Matos, Chef de salle since 1991, and his wife.
Since that day, they have been committed to preserving a warm ambience, in a decor from another time, as well as culinarily to the famous recipe for Lake Geneva perch fillets, leaving taste buds to savor a bourgeois and seasonal cuisine.
Benefiting from a naturally shaded terrace and the stream of Le Brassus, where Richard Burton spent long quiet moments, the entire Buffet de la Gare team will be delighted to welcome you.
