Biographical work on an anthroposophical basis assumes that every person enters this world with an individual, self-determined task.

WHY:

Because life becomes more meaningful

If you recognize your own purpose in life, you can give your life more meaning - and thus be more balanced and satisfied. By working on your biography, you will uncover the larger, still unconscious connection between the various life events and situations and thus gain self-knowledge.

When:

Whenever you are ready

It is never too late to gain self-knowledge - because biography work on an anthroposophical basis is based on the human being as a spiritual being that develops over many earthly lives.

HOW:

From the unconscious to the self-conscious

In biography work, you recreate your biography from your memory - mentally and emotionally. You explore your individual biographical laws in conversation with the biography worker.

HOW MUCH:

Biography work takes place over several sessions of 60 to 90 minutes and ends - perhaps provisionally - when you have found a satisfactory answer to your questions.
