Schulen Ebikon

The elementary school is a cornerstone of Ebikon as a livable and central place to live and work. Around 1,480 students are taught at Ebikon Elementary School. The aim is to create a learning and living environment that includes everyone and takes into account the different abilities of each individual.

Teaching therefore also includes integrative support (IF), German as a second language (DaZ), gifted education at primary school (Pedalo), and different levels of difficulty (A to C in four subjects) at secondary school. The school's offerings are supplemented by school and family-complementary daycare facilities. These include lunch as well as before- and after-school care. The childcare offering is expanded to include five weeks of holiday care.

There are six school buildings and nine kindergartens in the municipality of Ebikon. Around 190 teachers provide a varied range of lessons. The rectorate and the school management are responsible for the educational and operational management of the school.
