In the heart of Gruyères, our Domino Meringues
Our company, Meringues et Biscuits Domino, was founded in 1994 and taken over 10 years later by Sébastien Overney.
Enjoying growing prosperity, the company has expanded its distribution network to cover the whole of French-speaking Switzerland, German-speaking Switzerland, Ticino, and France. Located in the industrial zone between Epagny and Broc, in the heart of the "Pays de Gruyère," dominated by its iconic castle since the 13th century, we are committed to preserving the quality and authenticity of our traditional regional products. In 2017, we achieved significant annual demand with the production of more than 5 million meringues, made with raw materials from the region. and the range has been expanded and diversified. Our Bénichon specialties, part of a typical Fribourg meal served in the fall, are all carefully prepared by our 12 employees and enjoyed regularly throughout the year.
We focus our efforts on offering a typical, high-quality, artisanal product that everyone will enjoy tasting.
