Free parking: outside near the KodaK building and in the basement of the Z2 building.
The team at the Eysins Medical Imaging Center, led by Dr. Mourad Amirat, former chief physician of the GHOL radiology department, welcomes you to its modern facilities, specially designed to ensure maximum comfort and safety.
The CIME benefits from state-of-the-art technical facilities, combining image quality with the latest generation of dose reduction programs.
By taking X-rays of each breast separately, it is possible to detect abnormalities that may indicate breast cancer, particularly in the early stages of its development.
This examination is often supplemented by a breast ultrasound and, if necessary, a breast MRI or biopsy.
We have a device that delivers an extremely low radiation dose while producing very high-quality images.
- 3T MRI OF THE ENTIRE BODY
Magnetic resonance imaging is a recent, non-irradiating technique.
It allows tissue to be analyzed in even greater detail than a CT scan, with which it is complementary. We are equipped with a latest-generation 3Tesla machine, which produces very high-quality images.
Our equipment allows us to perform X-rays of all parts of the body, for both adults and children, using the lowest possible doses of X-rays.
They also enable us to perform dynamic examinations, special orthopedic assessments, and interventional procedures such as:
- arthrography
- punctures
- infiltrations
for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
The scanner can produce cross-sectional images of the entire body, less than a millimeter thick, and reconstruct them in different planes, particularly in 3D.
This technique is based on the use of X-rays. Its applications are very broad and its performance makes it indispensable in the diagnosis of many diseases. Recent machines, such as the one we are equipped with, significantly reduce the dose received by the patient while maintaining the diagnostic quality of the images.
A non-irradiating imaging technique, it allows real-time examinations to be performed, which can be repeated as many times as necessary, without any risk to the patient.
As the radiologist performing the examination is in contact with the patient, the exchange of information can guide the examination and facilitate diagnosis.
This technique can also be used to guide punctures, biopsies, and therapeutic infiltrations .
Doppler allows the study of blood vessels and the vascularization of different tissues and organs. Our latest-generation devices also allow us to study the tissue consistency of the liver and certain breast lesions (elastography, Fibroscan).
The center is accessible by public transportation (Lines 801, 802, 8015, Terre-Bonne stop) and free parking is available in the basement and outside.
