FRESH MEAT

Definition: Unprocessed meat from freshly slaughtered animals.

The pork, veal and chicken meat comes exclusively from Switzerland. We source beef, rabbit and game meat in Switzerland and abroad. We source horse, lamb and bison meat from abroad. Meat sourced abroad is declared in the store and is clearly visible to you as a customer. Discover what we have in stock!

SALES

Definition: The meat fibers are minced. Sausage products are divided into cooked sausage, scalded sausage and raw sausage according to the production process.

Whether a fine pork sausage, veal sausage or, or, or - you will find some home-made sausages in our shop - the rest of our products are sourced from producers in the region.

CHARCUTERIE

Definition: The name charcuterie comes from France and means delicatessen. However, this word is usually used for cold cuts (ham, bacon, sausage, etc.).

We offer many charcuterie products that are freshly cut or pre-packed.
Ham, salami, Bündnerfleisch, raw ham, Mostbröckli, bacon, meatloaf and more.

FISH

Definition: Fish are warm-blooded, aquatic vertebrates with gills and scales.

Whether freshwater or saltwater fish - we have fish in our range every day (fresh fish Friday-Saturday, frozen fish Tuesday-Thursday). Fresh fish can also be ordered in advance on Tuesday. Order by Saturday 16:00.

 As Swiss fish we carry pikeperch, perch fillet or trout.

MILK PRODUCTS

Definition: These are foods that consist mainly of milk or are made from milk components.

We carry a small range of cheeses. We like to integrate our cheese into our sausage platters.
