FRESH MEAT

Definition: Unprocessed meat from freshly slaughtered animals.

The pork, veal, and chicken meat comes exclusively from Switzerland. We source our beef, rabbit, and game meat from Switzerland and abroad. We source our horse, lamb, and bison meat from abroad. Meat sourced from abroad is declared in the store and is clearly visible to you as a customer. Discover what we have in stock!

SAUSAGES

Definition: The meat fibers are minced. Sausages are divided into cooked sausage, boiled sausage, and raw sausage according to the production process.

Whether you're looking for a fine pork bratwurst, veal bratwurst, or something else, you'll find a selection of homemade sausages here. The rest of our products are sourced from regional producers.

CHARCUTERIE

Definition: The name charcuterie comes from France and means delicatessen. However, this word is mostly used for sausage platters (ham, bacon, sausage, etc.).

We offer a wide range of charcuterie products, which are either freshly sliced or pre-packaged.
Ham, salami, Bündnerfleisch, raw ham, Mostbröckli, bacon, meatloaf, and more.

FISH

Definition: Fish are cold-blooded vertebrates that live in water and have gills and scales.

Whether freshwater or saltwater fish – we have fish on offer every day (fresh fish on Friday and Saturday, frozen fish on Tuesday and Thursday). Fresh fish can also be purchased from us on Tuesday if ordered in advance. Orders must be placed by 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.

We stock Swiss fish such as zander, perch fillet, and trout.

DAIRY PRODUCTS

Definition: These are foods that consist mainly of milk or are made from milk components.

We carry a small selection of cheeses. We like to include our cheese in our sausage platters.
