Man wird ohne Grund angeschnauzt

Das heute war eine Frechheit! Wir haben die Medikamente vorher bestellt plus habe ich heute tagsüber nochmals angerufen und gefragt, bis wann sie offen hätten. Dann kommt man am Abend in die Praxis will die Medikamente holen. Man wird angeschnauzt und uns wird nicht ein mal hallo gesagt. Am schluss seien wir Schuld weil wir nicht richtig erklären können welche Medikamente wir bestellt hätten????? Diese Praxisassistentin ist der Grund wieso man sich richtig schlecht betreut fühlt in dieser Praxis! Aber richtig schlecht fühlt! Sowas darf nicht passieren. Man geht zum Hausarzt weil man sich alleine nicht helfen kann darum hat man den Hausarzt nicht weil man lust hat!!! Wie sie uns heute behandelt hat war eine Frechheit. Ich kann Rhypraxis leider nicht mehr empfehlen!!!
