As the leading specialist meat store in the region of Eastern Switzerland, we place great emphasis on regional products. We source all of our livestock from farmers in the region who keep their animals in a particularly animal-friendly way.

Thanks to our own production facilities, we can respond to a wide range of customer requests and implement them quickly and easily.

We can also proudly call ourselves a supplier to various homes, hospitals, restaurants, cafés and various grocery stores, which speaks volumes about our quality.

Our range extends from various fresh sausage products such as the famous St. Galler Bratwurst to our traditionally beechwood-smoked Bauernschüblige and Landjäger and our lovingly matured Mostbröckli and Bauernspeck, which we continue to smoke in the fireplace "just like in grandfather's day".

Of course, we also rely on the very best quality for our meat. We let all our meat mature on the bone for between 4 and 7 days, which results in a particularly fine aroma and a strong red color.

With over 15 years of experience in the catering/party service sector, we have already made many people happy with our delicacies. We cater for a wide variety of occasions, from small family celebrations with 30 people to gatherings with over 600 people. Whether for a "Znüni" with a filled meter bread or a giant pretzel, a noble aperitif, a topping-up party or a company meal, with us you will find the right food for every occasion. We particularly recommend our huge barbecue buffet.
