Physiotherapy
The aim of physiotherapy is to alleviate physical complaints in the areas of function, movement, and activity restrictions.
Our certified physiotherapists use their diagnostic, educational, and manual skills to achieve this. Where necessary, these are supplemented by natural physical stimuli such as heat, cold, pressure, radiation, and electricity. They guide patients toward independent activity. Further measures in the field of rehabilitation after an accident, operation, or illness include motor learning, muscle building, and stimulation of the metabolism, as well as the correction of dysfunctions. The goal is to restore health and eliminate or reduce pain.
Any necessary medical training therapy (MTT) is carried out directly in our in-house fitness center.
If the patient is not mobile, home visits are also possible.

The 20 weight stations, six endurance machines, free weights, and abdominal trainers are located in various rooms in our historic medical center. The view of the countryside and mountain ranges invites you to enjoy an entertaining workout. The young at heart, those who enjoy exercise, and former physical therapy patients appreciate the relaxed atmosphere without any pressure to perform.
Changing rooms, showers/toilets, and lockers are available.
Electronic access system with personal magnetic card during opening hours.
Individual introduction, advice, support, and training adjustment by certified sports physiotherapists and certified physiotherapists.
In addition to strength and endurance training, you can also take part in our Pilates courses.
Pilates
Pilates is a combination of gentle stretching and strengthening exercises that also train posture and body awareness. The exercises are performed slowly and in a controlled manner, with appropriate breathing, and are therefore also suitable for people with back problems.
