Massages (EMR)

We offer various forms of massage such as classic massage, sports massage and regeneration & wellness massage - all of which are EMR-approved. Billing takes place via your supplementary insurance. For information on cost coverage, please contact your insurance company directly, as policies can vary greatly.

Equipment, cardio & free weights

Our fitness center in Trübbach covers an area of around 450m2 and includes numerous strength and endurance stations, as well as a free weights area for you. Thanks to its large premises, it offers the ideal mix of training and relaxation. As the maximum number of customers is limited, peak times can be better regulated and the equipment can also be used for therapeutic purposes in addition to fitness. In addition to the fitness equipment, the center also includes a separate sauna and a sanarium with a corresponding relaxation room. Our fitness center is recognized by health insurance companies - the majority of insurers cover part of the subscription costs. It is best to check with your insurance company in advance to ensure that your training with us is financially supported.

Personal training

With our personal training service, we offer you an individual approach to your training. It starts with an individual assessment of your goals and needs; then the training is planned. The training sessions are supervised by an experienced trainer - movement quality and progress are carefully monitored. Personal training is the ideal way to achieve efficient progress for newcomers to training, those who are unsure during training or those aiming to improve their performance.
