Then, a team of technicians assist the radiologist technically and carry out the medical examination following a protocol. They also assist him/her during therapeutic infiltrations, PRP infiltrations, injections of contrast products or punctures. Their role is not just practical: they manage the patient's emotional state, to facilitate his or her experience and ensure a quality medical examination.

The medical secretaries handle the administrative management of files. They are the preferred contacts for patients, prescribing physicians and radiologists in coordinating medical examinations: setting dates, collecting data, etc. They welcome patients, help them with administrative formalities and prepare them with all the tact and support needed for a successful medical examination.
