Born in 1968 and a Belgian national, Dr. Philippe Konstantinidis obtained his medical degree in 1998 in Belgium and recognized in Switzerland in 2009.

After working  as a surgical assistant in France and in England depending on years in private surgical clinics, Dr. Konstantinidis returned to his home country. Konstantinidis returned to Belgium and took up a position as provisional hospital practitioner in the emergency department (specialist in acute medicine ULg.)

Chief of Surgery and holder of the AFC in hospital emergency medicine in 2003, he joined the HUG in Geneva.

In 2010 he completed a fellowship in colorectal surgery and proctology at CHU Edouard-Herriot in Lyon.
