Timber system construction is a modern construction method in which we achieve a high degree of prefabrication. After just four to five days, the closed timber frame construction is complete. You can move into your new home four months after the start of construction! Long construction times are finally a thing of the past. In addition, the natural building material wood offers a cozy and healthy living comfort. Regardless of whether the house façade is plastered or clad with wood, residential buildings in timber system construction are among the frontrunners when it comes to energy saving.

Timber system construction is a modern construction method that is becoming increasingly popular. After just four to five days, the closed timber frame construction is completed, as the construction process is simplified by carefully considered planning and standardized prefabrication of building components.

Long construction times are finally a thing of the past and reduce construction interest rates. With wood as a building material, you experience more comfort and healthy living day after day. • High proportion of renewable raw materials
• Recycling of wood waste into paper, fuel, etc.
• Optimal thermal insulation of the exterior wall: a 10 cm thick wooden wall insulates as well as 2.5 cm of rock wool, 1.2 m of concrete, 35 m of steel and 150 m of aluminum
• Space gain through slim walls: approx. 1.40 m² per storey with a house size of 8.00 x 10.00 m
• Short construction times, approx. 4.5 to 5 months, thus reducing construction interest
• Healthy living climate, as wood is practically non-radioactive and has a significantly lower background radiation than all mineral building materials, e.g. high steel content in a concrete ceiling

• Wood has insulating properties that ensure pleasant room temperatures in both winter and summer: wood is a good heat accumulator and a poor heat conductor, i.e. it only reacts to fluctuating outside temperatures with a delay.
• Very high fire resistance: in the event of a fire, wood burns very slowly without transferring heat and producing toxic smoke.
