We maintain long-standing partnerships with our local suppliers and exclusively process wood from the region in accordance with the latest FSC and PFC guidelines, as well as Swiss wood Lignum products, in order to protect the environment. But also to be able to offer you fair and low prices.

We also stock all important packaging materials so that we can offer the perfect packaging solution. These include special corrosion films for export, foam materials for padding, and many other packaging accessories.

International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM)

Background
Wooden packaging is often made from inexpensive raw wood. This is generally suitable for transporting unwanted pests and larvae as "stowaways" around the world. Due to globalisation and trade flows, pests can thus reach every continent within a very short time.

Wood treatment
The ISPM specifications define the necessary measures to be taken to treat this raw wood before it is used as wood packaging, so that no unwanted pests travel with it as "stowaways."

Marking of wood packaging material
Wood treated in accordance with ISPM requirements must be permanently marked. The marking includes a country code, a regional code, and a registration number. In addition, information about the wood treatment carried out is provided.
