In our wonderful profession
, we work exclusively with high-quality and purely natural raw materials, which are processed by hand in our bakery. All recipes have been developed or improved over the last 50 years. We maintain personal contact with our regional suppliers.

Our coffee restaurants in typical Toggenburg style
combine comfort and enjoyment. We serve our guests hand-roasted coffee in rustic Chacheli cups and exquisite teas in traditional Chrüegli cups. A wide range of delicious dishes ensures variety. Almost every hour, we conjure up fresh bread, plaited loaves, and pastries from the oven before our customers' eyes.
