The Human Resources Department of the municipality of Horgen is responsible for all human resources matters relating to the municipal administration of Horgen (with the exception of school staff). The Human Resources Department supports line managers in the recruitment of new employees. It is also responsible for the secretariats of the Personnel Committee and the Job Evaluation Commission.
