On behalf of the municipality, the Spitex Horw association provides comprehensive and needs-oriented help and care at home for all residents of the municipality. Thanks to the additional "Living with services" mandate, additional services can be offered.

Care, assistance, support
These services are provided in accordance with a doctor's order. At the outset, we work with you to carefully clarify your needs and agree the hours of service.

Our services can be covered by your basic health insurance or supplementary insurance (housekeeping).

Supplementary services
The second service contract "Living with services" with the municipality of Horw enables us to offer additional services such as a lunch table for senior citizens, an emergency call service or small handouts. The range of services is currently being developed and will be expanded on an ongoing basis.
