Willi Huber, from the Huber family of restaurateurs, Restaurant Obermühle in Flaach, spoils guests with professional expertise and as many local products as possible. He makes a point of checking every order, whether it's meat from the Würmli butcher's shop in Elgg or vegetables from the Gunterswiler family in Frauenfeld. He enjoys creating tried-and-tested and seasonal dishes from the kitchen. His credo: fresh and homemade. Ursula Huber, née Frei from Kreuzstrasse, loves gastronomy, even though she trained as a nurse. The contact with the guests and the knowledge that fine things come from the kitchen and the wine cellar motivate her every day. With her family, three almost grown-up children, the family lives in Kreuzstrasse and, as a family business, everyone helps out when necessary.

Wie immer super!

Sieben Personen meiner Familie haben einmal mehr im Restaurant Kreuzstrasse, Humlikon, toll gegessen. Nicht nur die verschiedenen Gerichte schmeckten allen ausgezeichnet, sondern auch der Service liess keine Wünsche offen. Für mich ist dieses Restaurant der perfekte Ort, um zum Essen einzladen.
