Bruno and Anita Ehrbar have been running the butcher's shop in the Volg in Mörschwil since 1996 and have built up a reputation for top quality during this time. Today, the butcher's shop is one of the first ports of call for meat connoisseurs in the St. Gallen - Lake Constance region. Customers from the region particularly appreciate the fact that the beef comes from Mörschwil suckler cows, the veal from Bruno Ehrbar's brothers in Herisau and Hundwil AR and the pigs from Mörschwil. The chicken meat from Frifag AG in Märwil in Thurgau also comes from the region.
A team of trained meat specialists ensures that these regionally sourced animals are processed into high-quality meat and meat specialties every day.
