The company was founded on August 8, 1988. The guiding principle was clear and still applies today: to process green waste and return it to the natural cycle. Since 1988, green waste has been accepted at the Gummersloch landfill. Depending on the quality of the material delivered, it is processed into covering material, compost and, whenever possible, wood chips for energy use. The products are sold in horticulture, agriculture, heating systems and combined heat and power plants.

Over time, 2 further mainstays were added: "Sustainable energy generation" and the "rental with operation" of construction machinery, which is only rented out to commercial enterprises.
