HYPNOSETHERAPY

Hypnotherapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses hypnosis as a tool to treat psychological and physical complaints. During a hypnosis session, the patient is put into a trance-like state in which they are relaxed and open to suggestions. The therapist uses this state to help the patient overcome negative thought patterns and behaviors and promote positive changes in thinking and behavior. Hypnotherapy can be used for a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, addictive behaviors and pain management.

In depths 1-3, for example, you can no longer open your eyes, move an arm or pronounce certain words and numbers.

In depths 4-6, it is possible to forget numbers 123...5 or see things that are not real. Finally, no longer seeing or hearing something real.

An individual session includes:

Welcome and explanation of what hypnosis is and how it works. This is followed by an anamnesis interview lasting around 30 minutes. Here you can explain your concerns to me. Together we will define your personal goals.

This concludes the preparatory part for successful hypnotherapy.

If it suits you and me, we will now continue. I will use hypnosis to guide you into a trance or, as I would say, into a dream. In the following 45-90 minutes we will work on your goals, this is where the change begins. An individual session ends with a short final discussion.
