1. If necessary, telephone or video consultations with a doctor are also available for elderly patients and relatives of risk groups after making an appointment by telephone (e.g., SKYPE).

If necessary, for elderly patients or members of risk groups, teleconferences via telephone or SKYPE are available after notification by telephone.

2. Observe the rules for infection control, such as maintaining a distance of 1.50 m and limiting contact with other people to less than 15 minutes, washing your hands regularly with soap or hand sanitizer, and

Wearing a face mask in the practice is mandatory if you have symptoms of infection - EVEN AFTER CORONAVIRUS VACCINATION! THANK YOU (not 100% protection!)

Portuguese: Follow the rules for protection against infection, such as maintaining a distance of 1.5 meters and limiting contact with other people to less than 15 minutes; wash your hands frequently with soap or use hand sanitizer.

3. Working members of a risk group are entitled to a medical certificate and should work from home if possible. If they have to come to work, the employer and employee must observe the infection control rules according to the BAG (2 m distance).

Portuguese: Workers who are members of risk groups (BAG) are entitled to receive a medical certificate, and when it is possible to work from home, they may do so. When they have to come to the workplace, both employers and employees must follow the infection control rules (2 m distance from other people, wear masks in case of a cold).
