The La Sombaille nursing home has been part of the Foundation for Cantonal Elderly Care Facilities (FECPA) since its creation in 1973.
Located northeast of the city of La Chaux-de-Fonds, the La Sombaille nursing home is a place of residence for 121 elderly people who require long-term geriatric, psychogeriatric, and specialized psychogeriatric care.
The care provided aims to give meaning to the lives of the residents while respecting their pace. This care is personalized and provided by a committed, qualified, and trained interdisciplinary team that works together to ensure that daily life does not become routine.
