SM Scharwath-Martini, experienced architects for your renovation and construction projects.
Created in 1981 in Lausanne, the SM Scharwath-Martini architectural firm handles renovations and new builds in the Lausanne region.
The architects also specialize in constructions with the "Minergie" label, which guarantees an environmentally-friendly building.
Became a limited company in 1982, the company is managed by two directors: Klaus Scharwath and Jean De Martini. Since 2006, Sven Scharwath has become the sole director.
The SM Scharwath-Martini team consists of two full-time architects, three part-time draftsmen and a part-time accountant. The architectural office brings together the management, drawing office, secretariat and reception hall under one roof at the foot of Lausanne Cathedral.
