Juillerat Lepori architectes & Partenaires SA – Contacts & Location
Description
The current office traces its origins back to 1915 with the creation of the Gilliard et Godet office, then since the 50s under the name of Jean-Pierre Cahen and in the 90s through the office of Paul Juillerat, which was joined by Lauro Lepori in 2012 to create the office Juillerat Lepori architectes & Partenaires SA. Aware of the requirements and wishes of clients, our office places great importance on the architecture of the object, respect for the budget, deadlines, technical quality and, last but not least, functionalism. With this philosophy, we see ourselves as partners in value. Since the 1950s, we have worked on a wide variety of projects, including workers' housing estates, churches and religious centers, housing for the elderly (Val Fleuri and Val Paisible foundations), industrial buildings (Bobst, Sicpa, Serono), administrative centers and company headquarters (CIO, Bobst, Malley-Viaduc), sports centers (badminton at Malley, company sports center) and hospital projects (associated with the construction of the CHUV). More recent projects over the past 25 years include housing and subsidized housing, renovations, administrative buildings (restructuring of Tetra Laval, extension of the IOC headquarters, renovation of the Debrunner building, municipal administrations in Epalinges and Cugy), school buildings (Collège de la Croix-Blanche in Epalinges, Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (in association with Architram), industrial buildings (Electro-Matériel and Elinchrom), the Lausanne Olympic Museum (in association with Mexican architect R. Vasquez), individual villas, apartments in village farms, special plans (neighborhood plans and other special services in this field, in collaboration with GEA J.-M. Vallotton and T. Chanard architectes- urbanistes FSU SA), appraisals and estimates. The office has also taken on a variety of mandates, either in collaboration and multi-disciplinary association, or with a general contractor, or on a lump-sum basis. The office is affiliated to the following professional associations: SIA, UPIAV, CSEA and GPA Vaud.
