Listening, taking the time to understand your needs, and achieving complete body balance with respect are an integral part of the practice's philosophy.

The methods we primarily use are kinesiology and therapeutic massage, which work on the Triangle of Health:

• Mental: thoughts, false beliefs, self-programming, deficiencies, self-sabotage, victimhood, toxic patterns

• Physical: illnesses, pain, allergies, nutrition, ecology

• Emotional: emotions felt, both positive and negative, rumination, procrastination, dwelling on the past, self-blame
