The practice team performs ophthalmology and ophthalmosurgery. Dr. M.Sickenberg is a former head of a university clinic specializing in retinal diseases. Having developed several treatments for age-related macular degeneration, Dr. M.Sickenberg has completed further training in anti-aging medicine, useful for the various degenerative eye diseases of age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma and cataracts.

In addition to his work in ophthalmology and ophthalmosurgery, Dr. M.Sickenberg is a former university clinical chief specializing in retinal diseases.

Aside from general ophthalmology (routine check-ups, orthoptics, contact lenses and magnifying glasses), the medical team performs diagnoses and treatments for age-related macular degeneration, vascular occlusions, diabetic retinopathy, cataracts and glaucoma at the practice.

In the practice, you'll find state-of-the-art equipment and a warm, empathetic medical team who speak French, German, English, Italian and Spanish.

Consultations are available all week from 0830 to 1730, and appointments are arranged by telephone on 021 614 2040 from 0900 to 1200 and 1400 to 1700 all week, except Thursday afternoons.
