Brasserie de Montelly

Le montelly, is a café-restaurant opened in 1929, at the crossroads of the Montoie and Montelly districts.

Its sober, welcoming half-moon interior, lit by large bay windows, has retained all its authenticity. The wood panelling on the walls and parquet flooring accentuate the café's obvious charm and contribute to the beautiful ambience of the premises.

Depending on the time of day, the brasserie changes from a neighborhood bistro atmosphere to that of a trendy restaurant. On sunny days, the ashlar facade adds its decor to our large, flower-filled, sunny terrace.

This historic establishment has been awarded the "Café historique de Lausanne" label since 2021.

For nearly a century, generations have succeeded one another at Le Montelly, to the delight of neighborhood lovers.
