A graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (1999) with solid experience in the hotel and restaurant business in Switzerland, founder and manager Jean-Pierre Mermoud realized his dream of creating his own restaurant dedicated to introducing people to Lebanese gastronomy.
