Becoming a massage therapist has always been my dream, a cook by trade it was with the help of my loved ones who encouraged me and thanks to my determination that I was able to fulfill this wish and follow my training at the Atlas & Bien-être school (1020 Renens) which was completed in 2017. Wanting to be in the field as soon as possible and help my patients, I opened my own massage practice in Le Locle the same year. Putting my knowledge, know-how and techniques to good use since 2017, I continue to train regularly to stay at the cutting edge and always better satisfy you.

In 2022, my practice moved to Rue du Pont 8, 2400 Le Locle, with more space to always enhance your well-being.

This classic relaxing massage (also known as Swedish Massage) is among the most widely used massages in the world. This method is an effective way to relieve aches and pains, muscle tension and eliminate stress.

With its calming and stimulating effects, this massage encompasses the therapeutic side of classical massage techniques in addition to their simply relaxing aspect. These techniques are an effective solution for relieving deep, persistent muscular tension. ( Lower back pain, neck pain, etc.)

• Breuss massage (Relaxing / Energetic), Duration 1h, CHF 90.-

The Breuss Massage is a gentle massage of the back (spine), deep, slow, repetitive, both physical and energetic. It helps resolve blockages at physical, psychic and energetic levels.

• Massage Mobilization - Joint (Therapeutic), Duration 30 min, CHF 50.-, Duration 1h, CHF 90.-

The mobilizing massage technique is a manual technique whose objective is to enable periarticular tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves) to regain mobility, this through gentle, slow and rhythmic movements.

• Massage Ventouse & Classique (Thérapeutique), Duration 1h, CHF 90.-

Whatever the place where nature creates pain, it's also the place where it "piles up" toxins in an attempt to eliminate them. To facilitate stimulation and circulation as well as detoxification, cupping represents a major technique used for centuries.

• Deep Neuro-Muscular Massage (Therapeutic), 30min duration, CHF 50.-, 1h duration, CHF 90.-

This massage combines acupressure techniques with certain "reboutement" procedures designed to reduce muscular blockages and tensions by releasing stases (painful points) that have often been present for years.
