AN ABSOLUTE PRIORITY TO TRANSPARENCY

The investment objectives, as well as the elements of the investment strategy, are set out in a duly dated and signed management mandate. This mandate - which also mentions any special wishes our client may have - can be modified at any time by the client.

Our management fees are mentioned in the management mandate in a clear and transparent manner. The amount of our fees ( expressed as a percentage of the file amount in Swiss francs) takes into account any retrocessions we receive from financial intermediaries. We strive to negotiate the most favorable terms for our clients.

The choice of investment vehicles, as well as that of financial intermediaries, is made with complete independence and integrity, the criteria remaining performance, professionalism and efficiency.
