Slaughterhouse: We prioritize local livestock, slaughtered and processed by them. This guarantees regional and sustainable products.
Laboratory: We process the meat in our own laboratory.
Cutting: Meat is also cut on site.
Catering service: We offer specialties to order. Ask us for our catering menu.
Store: Our store offers a variety of products, including beef and lamb from the Haute-Sarine region, pork from the Gruyère region, and various delicatessen products.
Our approach allows us to control every link in the chain and ensure impeccable quality.
The current manager of the butcher shop, Philippe Künzli, took over the family business in January 2017 after gaining eight years of experience in the industry.
