Who we are

Domusdea is a Swiss real estate agency, active for about 20 years in Ticino and abroad, with offices in Locarno and Lugano. About ten full-time employees and a few freelancers are constantly available to clients. A large stock of objects and an important range of clients allows us to carry out a promotion activity of residences of all kinds (houses and villas, rusticos, land, income buildings, offices and commercial surfaces), with a targeted, accurate and professionally serious mediation work, so as to achieve results to the complete satisfaction of sellers and buyers.

From the decision to the initial negotiation to the notarial deed, we follow the client step by step in what concerns all information and administrative acts. In addition, thanks to the collaboration with our Trust Office Renza De Dea, we are able to organize all the necessary paperwork for obtaining dwelling permits, applications for authorization to purchase from persons abroad (LAFE), management of the property even after the deed, tax paperwork related to the property purchased or sold, as well as the establishment of companies for the acquisition of real estate.
