The Osteria Gallo d'Oro has all the qualities needed to satisfy even the most demanding gourmet in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. At Gallo d'Oro, everything is homemade, from focaccia to fresh pasta to ice cream. Even the oil is produced directly by the restaurant owner's family.

"For me," he says, "a restaurant should be a place where customers feel welcome. The cuisine should be flavorful, prepared with natural products, like Florentine cuisine, which is simple but full of taste. However, you can't say that our cuisine is Tuscan; it is mainly regional Italian."
