In order to successfully realize a construction project, various factors that are hidden under the guise of construction management are more important than ever. Deadlines, costs, quality, ecology, aesthetics and energy are all part of it. The trick is to combine all the components. This requires good knowledge of human nature, as well as experience and good professional expertise.

The trust between client and construction manager is the foundation on which the entire project is built, and therefore also the basis for satisfied customers. The requirements for a construction project are becoming increasingly comprehensive and opaque. There are many hidden traps, which usually lead to time and/or financial disillusionment for the client. With the necessary knowledge, many of these pitfalls can be avoided, which ultimately contributes to the success of the project.

In addition to a basic knowledge of modern construction and a good network, my idea of construction management is trust and practical expertise. Whether it's a simple kitchen renovation or a major construction site, whether it's a new build, conversion or renovation, every project deserves the same attention and enthusiasm.

With my roots in Lyss, the Seeland and the Biel/Bienne and Bern regions, I will implement your construction project in a sustainable and professional manner. As a trained carpenter and with experience in many other areas of the construction industry, I understand the language and how to work on a construction site. This enables me to build up and pursue the same understanding of the planned goal with everyone on the construction site. Clean construction sites as well as harmonious interaction between the tradespeople is an important factor for good success on site. Construction management does not take place in the office, but on site. Despite good planning, various details have to be clearly coordinated and worked out on site.

An additional supervisory body between planning and implementation is a great advantage for all projects. The interface between the architect and the tradespeople is not easy to cover as a client. The potential for misunderstandings, additional costs and unnecessary errors is omnipresent. Nor do both sides always agree on various issues. Here it is important to represent the client's ideas and concerns and, if necessary, to enforce them. This is based on the applicable regulations, standards and, of course, common sense.
