We are a small village butcher's shop in the heart of the beautiful canton of Thurgau. Quality and regionality are our top priorities. We put our heart and soul into our butchery work.

We are a small family business that is not primarily focused on growth, but on being a reliable partner to our customers.

Freshness and top quality are very important to us, which is why a product may sometimes be temporarily unavailable.

Menus

Almost any menu is possible on request. We are happy to cater to your wishes. Just ask us.

Our gas grill is also available for rent.

Quality and regionality

Quality and regionality are closely linked for us.

Our slaughter animals are brought to our slaughterhouse by the producers themselves or picked up by us from the farmers. Before slaughter, each animal is examined for health by our veterinarian Heinz Schläpfer.

This means that we can provide information about the origin of each piece of meat in our specialist shop at any time.
