Application of decorative and industrial resins:

• The development and increase in the use of resins in damp environments (bathrooms, toilets, balconies) has led us over the last 15 years to follow multiple training courses offered by various manufacturers, allowing us to become applicators of decorative resins on any substrate to meet the different needs and requirements of our clients.

• At the same time, we have also specialized in the application of highly resistant industrial resins that can be used in garages, industrial floors, warehouses, and basements. Thanks to our excellent partnerships with suppliers such as Sika Schweiz AG, we are able to produce certified and guaranteed resin containment tanks.

Base plastering, drywall, plastering, and masonry work:

• Plastering of new or renovated walls and ceilings

• Plaster smoothing and stabilizing

• Construction of false walls and plasterboard walls

• Construction of boxes and fireproof closures

• Construction of suspended ceilings and technical ceilings

• Construction of technical floors

• Bricklaying work, such as assistance, minor demolition, reconstruction, grooving, etc., solely related to the execution of work commissioned to our company.

As a general contractor:

• Complete renovation of buildings according to the client's request or needs, with interventions that can vary from complete roof renovation or new waterproofing and insulation to the replacement of windows and doors with the subsequent adaptation of the apartments to new fire safety standards.

• Work such as replacing garage doors, laying new asphalt paving, general flooring work, and renovating drainpipes and downspouts can also be included in a general estimate.
