Our restaurant is closed all day on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. In July, August and October, open every day.
Our large terrace overlooking the Rhône valley is a popular spot on hot summer days.
Our restaurant is a non-smoking area (smoking possible on the terrace).
Our restaurant is a member of the Association "Saveurs du Valais". So our menu gives pride of place to products from the Valais region: PDO cheeses from Val de Bagnes, alpine cheeses, Valais cured meats, local fruit and vegetables, fruit juices from Martigny, sorbets from Saillon, Valais brandies, a wide selection of Valais wines...
Since the beginning of the year, our restaurant has become a major player in the Valais wine scene.
Since summer 2023 we've also been a member of Slow Food's Alliance of Chefs

Our menu varies with the seasons:
All year round
- Cheese croissants (plain, ham and egg, bacon and onions, from the cellar)
- Fondues (classic, bagnarde, dahu, tomato, boletus, wild garlic, chanterelles (summer)
- Raclette (except in October and November)
- Assiette du Mazot (plate of Valais charcuterie and cheese)
- Petite restauration : rösti, risotto (Valaisan, with boletus, asparagus (spring), chanterelles (summer), mushroom crusts
- Meat on the slate (beef and horse) (except October and November)
- Beef tartare
In winter (December, February March and April)
- Choucroute garnie, potée valaisanne, "maison" atriaux, "maison" tripes, Entremont lamb stew with apricots
- Valais asparagus (April and May upon arrival)
- "Saveurs du Valais" brunch, every Sunday (not in December)
Spring - summer (May to September)
- Hot and cold buffets ( every day from 12.00 noon)
- Large brunch buffet with raclette (every Sunday from 11.00 to 14.00 hours
- Grillades and salads from the buffet
- Valais strawberries and raspberries (according to availability)
Fall (October and November)
Brisol served as an all-you-can-eat buffet
