An exclusive program tailored to your needs; each session lasts 50 minutes and is personally designed by your coach, who will be with you throughout the program.

- EMS
ELECTRICAL MUSCLE STIMULATION
Only with a physical therapist and an expert instructor can you achieve maximum results...no nonsense!

- FIT&BOXING
The Fit&Boxe course, also known as "aerobic boxing, " consists of an interval training class that uses music not as background noise but as a key element of the lesson.
The techniques used are all derived from combat sports and have been adapted to the fitness context so as not to be harmful to users in any way.The result is a highly dynamic, engaging class that is suitable for everyone, where a punching bag is used as a target.
The objectives of Fit&Boxe are:
– to prevent cardiovascular disease
– to release the tension accumulated during a day of study or work
– to learn the basics of self-defense.The lesson is divided into:
– a warm-up phase with a series of "empty" strikes (kicks, punches, knees, elbows, etc.)
– a central phase with a more intense rhythm using moving bags on which to strike
– cool-down phase in which heart rate is brought back to normal and stretching exercises are performedEffective, engaging, invigorating, and fun, it is suitable for men and women of all ages.

If, on the other hand, you are an amateur, we will pass on all the passion of our qualified instructors.
- KICKBOXING
Kickboxing is a combat sport of Japanese origin that combines kicking techniques typical of Eastern martial arts with boxing punches.
This combat sport is a complete workout that allows you to exercise intelligently, toning your body and burning lots of calories.In addition to the physical benefits, there are also psychological benefits, particularly in terms of personal safety, overcoming everyday stress, and learning basic self-defense techniques. Thanks to this last component, kickboxing is becoming increasingly popular among women.
During lessons, exercises are often performed in pairs, so as to train both action and reaction, but there is no physical contact that could be dangerous for participants.
Suitable for men, women, and children.
- KARATE
Karate is a martial art that originated in Japan and involves unarmed defense without the use of weapons:
– SHOTOKAN: a modern style of Japanese karate founded by Gichin Funakoshi;
– SHITO-RYU: a modern style founded by master Kenwa Mabuni.This type of activity is excellent for children, teaching technique, respect, discipline, and self-control. Karate helps the body develop in a balanced way, does not put too much strain on the back but makes it flexible, and strengthens muscles and joints.
It is also highly recommended for children with poor concentration and self-control.
This martial art is used as a method of educating the BODY and MIND,
to make the best use of energy.Recommended for children, teenagers, and adults.
- SELF-DEFENSE – KRAV MAGA
The personal defense or self-defense course aims to provide all participants with the basic skills necessary to manage any situation that threatens their safety.
The aim of the course is:
– to acquire full awareness of one's body and abilities
– to develop quick reactions and composure
– knowing how to manage or avoid physical and/or verbal disputesSelf-defense exclusively includes techniques and strategies for defending against physical, psychological, and verbal aggression. The fundamental concept of self-defense is prevention, which is suitable for everyone and is only used for defense and never for offense.
KRAV MAGA
A combat technique of Israeli origin designed to defend oneself through an intelligent and immediate assessment of the danger of the attack and choosing the most effective and rapid action to take to safeguard one's safety.This defense system is fairly easy to learn, as there is nothing superfluous about it, only pragmatism, instinctiveness, and speed of execution. Krav Maga prepares individuals to be ready to do whatever is necessary to survive an attack, whether unarmed or with weapons, without holding back.
Suitable for men, women, and children.
- KIDS
Our program designed for children aged 5 and up.
Martial arts, motor coordination, preparation for sports activities.
Whether it's private lessons, semi-private lessons (two to four people), or small groups, we will train our little champions!
