Present on the territory of Ticino for 15 years-with the opening of the first Contrada dei Patrizi Pharmacy at Via Pazzalino 17 in Viganello in 2010-thanks to a new vision focused on services, the group has extended its presence over time on the cantonal territory by opening other pharmacies with the same name:

The business philosophy of Contrada dei Patrizi Pharmacies pursues several objectives focused on services to the individual customer, shared by the management together with the team of pharmacists, pharmacy assistants and apprentices, who are supported by a medical assistant, two nutritionists.
First and foremost are the opening hours from Monday to Friday: 07:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 08:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and its own logistics department that provides customers with free delivery of medicines to their homes or workplaces throughout the Canton, as well as free transportation of customers to the doctor or hospital. In addition to traditional medicines, the group's pharmacies specialize in natural remedies (essential oils, Australian flowers, hydrolates, Bach flowers, phytotherapy, homeopathy, spagyria, etc.) with personalized consultations. The different pharmacies are designed and built to meet the needs of the population, being able to provide a range of services that are always being expanded with an approach based on sustainability and the relationship with patients who are put at the center of every decision and action, wanting to ensure a unique and personalized care experience with active listening, promotion of products and services, and state-of-the-art technologies according to other safety and quality standards. The primary goal is to improve people's health and well-being.
Since 2025, the Contrada dei Patrizi Pharmacy Academy has been established, which organizes regular health and wellness conferences in collaboration with physicians, physical therapists, and therapists.
