The manageable school community at Waid enables individual support and encouragement for students on their path to secondary school or a vocational apprenticeship and good contact between parents, teachers and students. The Primary School offers a family environment and space for individual support and development.
The Lower Secondary School and the Mixed-Type Upper Secondary School are permeable within a regulatory framework.
Promoting talent is a central concern for us. The challenge is to recognize the talents of each individual young person and to encourage learners to make use of these talents. This is done both in the area of methodological skills and with regard to personal and social skills.
