Sustainable viticulture

Consisting of 7 hectares of vines, the vineyard is cultivated according to the most environmentally friendly standards. Since 2015, herbicides and chemicals have been banned in favor of more natural methods. Convinced that a great wine is made from perfect grapes, nothing is left to chance in our vineyards. Yields are low and harvesting only takes place when the grapes are perfectly ripe. Today, we grow 10 different grape varieties: Chasselas, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat, and Vermentino for the whites, and Pinot Noir, Syrah, Diolinoir, Galotta, and Garanoir for the reds. Since early 2021, the estate has been converting to organic viticulture with the BioSuisse label. Obtaining this label is a crowning achievement for the entire estate team.
