Since 1785, the family's passion and know-how for wine and vineyard work has been passed down from father to son. Master winemaker and oenologist Philippe Rosset took over management in 1999.

He now runs the business and is delighted that his wines regularly win awards at numerous Swiss wine competitions.

In the organically farmed vineyards, Chasselas, Gamay and Pinot Noir, but also Gamaret, Merlot, Chardonnay, Muscat and Viognier express all their richness. The vines are planted on clay-limestone slopes, giving the wine its much-appreciated minerality.

We also produce a wine with no added sulfites (Galotta).

But above all, the coast is a spacious region where life is good. With a view of the lake, the Alps and Mont-Blanc, the sight of which never ceases to amaze, you'll be warmly welcomed to discover the wine cellar and enjoy a pleasant tasting

Recently built in Rolle, the cellar blends tradition and modernity.

In fact, the stainless steel vat house allows very precise management of fermentation, preserving the typical aromas of each grape variety and the identity of the terroir. It's worth noting that white winemaking is considered by most specialists to be the most difficult operation in oenology.

A good quality white wine must be characterized by a fresh taste and sufficient acidity in addition to possessing a refined, fruity and fine fragrance.

We have our own winemaking facilities, filters, setting group, labeling machine, allowing us to put our own stamp on the wine, guaranteeing it superior quality.

As for the barrels, they allow us to vinify our specialties.
