Description
It all began when Valérie, then aged 10, on vacation in Val d'Isère, discovered a crêpe salesman treating her to a chocolate crêpe... He's tanned, he's smiling and he's working on vacation. She tells herself that this is what she'd like to do with her life one day.
She'll have to wait a very long time and do a lot of other things before realizing her little girl dream.
In fact, Valérie arrived in St-Prex at the age of 20, where she lived for 12 years before moving to Rue des Fossés in Morges. She will have two daughters, both of whom will be born in Morges, a town she holds dear to her heart.
In 2003, she decided to open a restaurant in a small mountain village and took the whole family on board. Numerous guides and travelers in love with the area discovered Valérie's cuisine and came for almost 12 years.
During all these years, Valérie has always been at the forefront of her field.
During all these years, she never forgot Morges, and in a small corner of her mind, the desire grew stronger and stronger to return there.
So she took the necessary steps and on May 28, 2016, she received the keys to the location of her future crêperie.
In a small room with a Breton ambience, enjoy crêpes, gluten-free artisanal organic buckwheat galettes, salads, ice creams and desserts. You'll also find a small boutique stocked with delicious products.
Recognized in numerous press articles (the "Journal Terre et Nature", the "Nouvelliste", the "Femina", or even "The NewYork Times Magazine") for her talents as a cook, Valérie has always prepared quality dishes with local produce, often organic or from sustainable agriculture. Giving small-scale producers a chance and combining her creative talent with the quality of the products, the result was always succulent.
